Ontario Municipal Board Hearing Reminder
Pertaining To Eden Oak /Creditview Heights Development Application In Glen Williams

This hearing is scheduled for a 10 day duration – the first day will outline the framework for the remaining two weeks.
If you are able to attend this Ontario Municipal Board Hearing, it is important for you to do so. The developer, Romas Kartavicius of Eden Oak, our elected representatives and town staff must understand the importance of the impact their development decisions have on Glen Williams and the people who live here.
Despite the Town voting to accept the application by Mississauga Developer, Eden Oak, there is still much that remains undetermined regarding this application. Ninety-nine issues remain outstanding as per the Town Staff Report filed in January. Notwithstanding, Councillors voted to accept the application with dozens of significant issues pertaining to the development unresolved.
