An event every week that begins at 7:00pm on Friday, repeating indefinitely
What a great way to start your weekend! You’ll have a fun workout and get to know some new friends and neighbours.
– All Are Welcome –
Come out at 7:00 pm to the Glen School and give it a try. There are no set teams and all that come out will have the opportunity to play.
The cost for participating will be based on the number of members participating.
